Flatness: The surface of the paved wooden floor is measured with a ruler of 2m, and the gap is not more than 2mm; the site is generally flat, and two points with a distance of 15m are arbitrarily selected on the site, and the elevation is measured with a level, and the difference between the elevations is not more than 15mm .
6. Coating performance: The color of the coating does not affect the identification of the field line, and the reflection does not affect the performance of the athletes. It has the characteristics of wear resistance, slip resistance and flame resistance.
7. Ventilation facilities: The sports floor structure must have ventilation facilities, good ventilation, and reasonable layout. It cannot be set in the competition area, and its color and surface layer are the same or similar.
8. Anti-deformation measures: The surface layer should take anti-deformation measures to avoid various deformations such as warping and concave that affect the normal use of the floor due to changes in the external environment.
9. Site specifications and signs: Site specifications, embedded parts, marking blocks and marking lines should be consistent with the functional requirements of the site and meet the requirements of the corresponding sports events.
10. Structure: The structure of the wooden floor site is composed of three layers: elastic cushion or elastic structure layer, load distribution layer with strong bending rigidity (keel or wool floor), and surface layer (surface floor).
The moisture content of keel, wool floor and wooden floor should comply with the provisions of Chapter 4, 5, 6 and 7 in GB 50206.
The width of the elastic gasket should ensure that the keel and other structures are stable.
11. Special requirements: When the venue is used, the characteristics of the floor layer such as noise diffusion and vibration transmission must comply with the agreement of both parties in the contract.
12. Materials such as adhesives and coatings should meet indoor environmental protection standards.
