After the sports wood floor is installed, it needs to be marked according to the requirements of the stadium. There are two methods of marking: one is to use the ball line paint to line after the primer is painted, and then the topcoat is applied; the other method is to use the ball line tape after the topcoat is painted and air-dried. underline.
Paint line, the requirements for paint are very strict. Wear resistance, slip resistance, matteness, etc. must be guaranteed on sports wood floors. It is also necessary to be triphenyl-free (ie, benzene, toluene, xylene) and triphenyl-free (ie, paint, curing agent, and thinner that do not contain benzene). Paint is a chemical. When marking, it should be ensured that the ball line paint and the floor paint are compatible. The paint line has good adhesion and aesthetics, and can be used for 3 to 5 years after the line is completed.
Ball line tape marking, as long as the sports wood floor paint is dry, the line can be drawn according to the requirements of the stadium. The ball line is recommended to choose a color that contrasts with the sports wood floor. If the field is used frequently, the tape ball line should be re-marked every six months.
