Many customers and friends will find that when purchasing sports flooring, some basketball hall sports wooden floors may have different shades of color in some places. And many customers and friends will ask for a basketball gym sports wooden floor without this color difference.
This is the case with the sports wooden floor of the basketball hall because the tree as the raw material has knots, and after it is made into a sports floor, there will be phenomena such as chromatic aberration. In fact, customers and friends don't need to pay too much attention to this. These are normal phenomena. In Europe and the United States, people prefer this kind of wood floor with natural color difference when purchasing. They think it is more natural and beautiful.
The sports wood floor has developed cutting and processing standards to ensure the material and stability of the sports floor. The German DIN18032 standard has formulated six technical parameter requirements for sports flooring, also known as the "six indicators" of sports flooring.
1. Shock absorption
1. Shock absorption
DIN requires that at least 53% of the impact force of the athlete be absorbed by the NBA floor when landing, so as to avoid the impact of the rebound force of the athlete when taking off and landing, and protect the athlete's ankle joint, meniscus, spine and brain.
2. Vertical deformation
Sports wood floors cannot be as hard as cement, and need to have a certain "toughness". DIN requires that when an athlete lands with a force of 1500N during exercise, the vertical deformation height of the ground at the moment of the landing should not be less than 2.3mm.
3. Plane deformation
While the sports floor has a certain "toughness", it should also have a certain "rigidity". Specific measurement method: When a 20KG heavy object falls on the ground at a certain height, if the vertical deformation of the ground at the landing point is A, the vertical height of the test at 500MM from the landing point is B. Then the requirement: the ratio of B and A should be less than or equal to 15%. 4. Sliding characteristics
In basketball, players often need to run fast. DIN requires the athlete to stop suddenly during running to come to rest at the end, during which the sliding distance should be kept between 0.4-0.6m.
5. The rebound of the ball
DIN requires that the basketball must have a certain resilience on the sports floor, so as to bring better motion feedback. If a 600-gram standard basketball goes from 1.The rebound height of 8m falling on the concrete floor is A, and the rebound height when falling to the sports wooden floor is B, so the ratio of B and A should be greater than or equal to 90%.
6. Rolling load
In addition to the above points, DIN also requires that the sports floor can withstand the rolling of sports equipment on the field with a trolley, and can withstand a load of more than 2500N. This indicator requires the wooden floor to be load-bearing and firm, and its service life must meet the requirements of competition and training. For example, when the movable basketball rack and related sports facilities are moved on the wooden floor, the surface and structure of the wooden floor cannot be damaged.
