Drying process: Use advanced steam drying kiln for drying, degreasing, desizing, and insect repellent treatment.
1. Drying furnace, heated from natural air temperature to 45℃, drying for 5-8 days, to prevent wood floor from cracking or internal cracking;
2. Steam with 45℃~70℃ steam and dry for 10 days to stabilize the strength and flatness of the floor and prevent the wooden floor from warping and deformation;
3. When the temperature reaches 70 °C, stop steam injection, high temperature degreasing, desizing, and insect control.
4. Dry for eight days at a temperature of 70℃~80℃ to achieve complete degreasing and desizing, and at the same time make the moisture content of the wooden floor meet the requirements.
5. The floor is screened after the blank is out of the kiln to ensure that there is no decay, no insect eyes, no dead joints, no cracks, no internal cracks, no warping, and no deformation. The stage wood floor is produced and produced using the most excellent German Weinig four-sided planer and Italian double-end milling, with high processing precision. Strict quality control in all links ensures that the quality of the floor meets the highest standards.
