For the acceptance and self-inspection knowledge of sports wood floor installation

During the construction of many basketball halls, the installation effect of sports wood floors is not very satisfactory, which has a certain impact on the service life of sports wood floors. In fact, whether it is the installation of sports wood flooring or the floor installed at home, you need to pay attention to the installation.

First of all, do a large qualified acceptance on the material. Important paving materials such as wood floors, wool floors, wood-based panels, keels, floor nails and other materials must meet the national standards before they can be used, especially the moisture content of wood floors.

In the first step, we can check the wooden floor by personally going to the manufacturer's warehouse or transfer station to inspect the goods. Generally, the manufacturer will be equipped with a rapid tester for testing the moisture content in the warehouse. It can help you quickly understand whether the moisture content and pattern of the purchased floor match the samples you see in the exhibition hall.
The second step is to pave the ground. This is mainly to repair the problem ground to form a new base layer, so as to avoid the floor arching caused by the hollowing or cracking of the original base layer. After the base treatment is completed, the ground needs to be leveled. If the ground is uneven, the paved floor will be uneven, which will affect the quality of the floor. Self-examination: When leveling the cement, be sure to allow time for the cement to fully dry. If the height difference per square meter of the ground exceeds 5 mm, it cannot be installed. The construction workers can be asked to trim the protruding or uneven parts such as edges and corners on the basis of the ground leveling (measure the ground levelness with a two-meter ruler, and the requirement should not be greater than 3 mm).
The third step is to lay the keel and the optional floor. Sports wooden floor The height of the keel depends on the ground, generally not less than 1.5 cm, and the width should not be less than 3.5 cm. Local unevenness should be refurbished, and wooden shims with a thickness of ≤5mm can be used for leveling. The floor should be paved according to the principle of similar color and texture.
