OSNB has long-term production and operation of solid wood sports flooring. The basketball court floor adopts the NBA-style paving method.
The main material is to prepare solid wood floor: domestic A-grade maple and oak wood are used for sports-specific floors.
1. The floor is treated at high temperature to keep the moisture content below 12%, the surface is smooth and consistent, and the whole is polished and painted after on-site installation. The specification is 300～1000*60*18mm.
2. Keel: The keel is selected from fir (pine) wood with small deformation. The main keel is 40*50*2000mm, the distance between the middle keel is 406mm, the specification of the secondary keel is 40*50*2000mm, and the distance between the middle keel is 610mm. The wooden keel is fixed with 5*100mm self-tapping screws with a spacing of 350mm. Elastic rubber pad: The elastic rubber pad selects a black rubber pad with a thickness of 8mm, 50*50mm, and installs one at each self-tapping screw on the main keel.
3. The elastic rubber pad can better slow down the athlete's downward force and effectively protect the athlete from injury. Splint: 15mm thick domestic excellent splint is selected, with small deformation and high strength.
4. Paint: The floor paint is intended to be an excellent polyester wood floor varnish, semi-matte type. The composition of this paint is two-component, that is, the ratio of paint and curing agent is 1:1.
5. After the film is formed, the paint film has high hardness, good toughness and good wear resistance. It is more durable than ordinary floor paint for more than 3 years, especially suitable for use in the stadium.
6. Expansion joint closing strip: During the construction of wooden floor, 10-15 expansion joints are reserved around. After the floor construction is completed, seal it with a PVC closing strip of a similar color to the solid wood sports floor.
7. The construction equipment is equipped with 1 to 2 plate grinding machines in preparation for grinding, which can complete the grinding work of the entire floor in 3 to 4 days. There are three cutting machines, and a medium-sized woodworking fan is arranged to enter the site for construction. Tools include woodworking ruler, woodworking saw, hammer, scraper, ash bucket, glue line, impulse drill, roller, blade, ink fountain and other special tools.
8. During the construction of other prepared wooden floors, other construction teams cannot work on the same site. The strength of the cement base must be sufficient, without defects such as hollowing and sanding, and it should be flat and dry, and the flatness should not be greater than 3mm/2m. The surface temperature is above 15 degrees and the indoor ventilation is in good condition.
